Terms of service

A Veloxly stand is a physical NFC + QR review stand plus the software service that routes customer taps to your Google review page. We promise both of those things will work for the life of the stand, as long as Google keeps offering a public review URL for your business.

You agree to point your stand at a genuine Google review URL for your actual business. You won't use the stand to redirect to phishing pages, malware, adult content, or anything that violates Google's review policies. We reserve the right to suspend stands used this way.

We do not write, solicit, filter, or influence reviews. We only route a tap to a Google review page. What your customer writes once they get there is entirely between them and Google.

Review-gating (selectively asking only happy customers to leave reviews) is against Google's policies and ours. Do not use Veloxly for that purpose.

You're responsible for keeping your email and magic-link access secure. If someone else gets into your email, they could change your stand's Google URL. Use an email you control.

Within 60 days of receiving your stand, you can return it for any reason for a full refund. Amazon handles returns for Amazon purchases under their normal policy.

We'll do everything reasonable to keep the redirect service running. If we ever have to shut it down, we've committed to publishing the serial-to-URL mapping so active stands continue to work.

Veloxly is provided "as is." We aren't liable for lost reviews, lost business, or damages that follow from your stand not working. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the stand.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of your stand after a change means you accept the new terms.
