Privacy policy

We collect the minimum information needed to run your Veloxly stand. We do not sell your data. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Every time a customer taps your stand, we log the tap so you can see how often the stand is used — we do not identify the end customer.

Account information. If you sign in to the dashboard, we store your email address so we can send you sign-in links and associate your stand with your account.

Stand configuration. The Google review URL you paste during setup, plus the serial number on your physical stand. This is stored so we can redirect taps to the right Google page.

Tap events. When a customer taps your stand, our server logs: the serial number, the timestamp, an approximate country (from IP geolocation), and the user-agent string sent by the phone. We do not store the customer's IP address, a device ID, or any personal identifier.

Support messages. If you contact us through the support form, we keep your message and email so we can respond.

• Redirect customer taps to your Google review page.
• Show you analytics about how often your stand is being tapped.
• Sign you in to your dashboard.
• Respond to your support requests.

That's it. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not share it with marketing partners, and we do not sell it.

We run on a short list of reputable infrastructure providers. Each one is only given the minimum data needed to do its job.

• Vercel — hosts the website and routes redirects.
• Supabase — database and account sign-in.
• Resend — transactional email (sign-in links, support replies).

Account data is kept as long as your account exists. Tap events are kept for up to 24 months for analytics purposes, then deleted. You can request deletion of your account and stand data at any time by emailing us.

If you live in a jurisdiction with privacy laws (California, EU, UK, etc.), you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
