How do I find my Google review URL?+

Sign in to Google Business Profile → Get more reviews → Share review form. Copy the URL that starts with https://g.page/r/…/review. That's the one.

My phone isn't tapping — what do I do?+

On iPhone, NFC works when the screen is awake and unlocked. On Android, check Settings → Connected devices → NFC is enabled. If tapping still fails, use the QR code on the base of the stand.

Can I use one stand for multiple locations?+

Each stand points to exactly one Google review URL at a time. For multiple locations, use one stand per location so customers always land on the right page.

How do I update my Google URL?+

Visit the dashboard, sign in with the email you used during setup, and edit your URL. Changes take effect on the next tap — no re-programming needed.

The QR code isn't scanning+

Clean the surface of the stand and make sure there's good lighting. Most phone cameras scan QR codes automatically from the default camera app — you don't need a separate QR app.

What happens if you go out of business?+

Our redirect infrastructure is stateless — the only thing your stand needs is a URL that resolves to Google. If anything ever happened to us, we've committed to open-sourcing the serial-to-URL map so your stand keeps working.
